Rescue 43 is inbound to your facility with an 89, 8, 9-year-old female with a peak complaint of a fall. Patient has any head, neck, or back pain. Patient is not on any blood centers. Patient has about a one-inch laceration on the top of her head and is also complaining of pain in her tailbone. Patient vitals are as follows, 90 heart rate, STO2 is 95%. Respirations are 22, end time is 30. Blast blood pressure was 129 over 58. She has a GCS of 15, DGL of 175. We are about five minutes out. Do you require anything further?
